When can I arrive?
Your room will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and start your day relaxed.
Would you like to arrive earlier and enjoy your accommodation in Oberwiesenthal straight away?
With our early check-in service from 11 a.m., you can start your break even more relaxed – on request, subject to availability and for a fee.
By what time do I have to vacate the room on the day of departure?
On the day of departure, your room will be available until 12 noon.
Enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet – and if you'd like to extend your day a little longer, our late check-out until 4 p.m. is available upon request, subject to availability, and for a fee. Just ask.
Can I check in online?
To the online check-inReduce your waiting time and conveniently check in online 24 hours before your arrival. Our online check-in allows you to check in in advance, so all you have to do is pick up your room key at the online check-in terminal to the left of the reception.

Am I allowed to smoke in the room?
Smoking is not permitted in our rooms or public areas. A designated smoking area is located outside the hotel.
Are dogs allowed?
Out of consideration for hygiene and the well-being of all guests, we have reserved special rooms for your stay with your dog. Since the number of these rooms is limited, we ask that you register your dog when booking. Your stay with your dog can only be guaranteed after confirmation by the hotel.
We would like to point out that if you register your dog after the booking has been confirmed, your reservation may be cancelled if the available rooms are already fully booked.
Prices and important information:
- We charge from €20 per dog per night.
- A maximum of one dog is allowed per room.
- Dogs are only welcome in the à la carte restaurant, not in the half-board restaurant.
- For unregistered dogs or a second dog in the room, we charge a special cleaning fee of €100.
