In winter, a free ski bus runs hourly between Fichtelberg and Keilberg (Klínovec) – with presentation of a valid multi-day ski pass. This extends your skiing experience to a total of 46 kilometers of slopes in the cross-border Fichtelberg-Klinovec ski area.


Whether you are a beginner or a professional, you will find a variety of slopes here, from easy to challenging.

To ensure nothing stands in the way of your winter fun, modern snowmaking technology ensures reliably groomed slopes in Oberwiesenthal. When temperatures are right, large parts of the ski area can be artificially snowed – for fun in the snow from December to March, even when Mother Nature takes a break.


Enjoy skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing in Oberwiesenthal with guaranteed snow!

Snowshoeing takes you cross-country through the snowy winter world around the Fichtelberg – a very special nature experience in the Ore Mountains.


Those who prefer skating can use the ice rink right at the end of the ski slope and do a few laps on the ice. Ideal for anyone looking for a change from skiing!

Experience the Fichtelberg ski area in the spa town of Oberwiesenthal in a completely different way: On the 750 m long floodlit slope you can enjoy a very special winter flair in the evenings.


At the night skiing event, powerful light masts ensure optimal visibility and unforgettable descents in the dark. Up to two drag lifts are available for a comfortable ascent.
